As a customer sales advisor you are responsible for..
Advising our customers during the purchase process of their new bike (by phone). You know how to translate the wishes of the customer into suitable products. You give customer satisfaction with the ultimate goal to remove all doubts from the potential buyers and make a good sale. You get a number of bonus points per sold bicycle, which you can use to boost your monthly bonus yourself! In this role, you can recruit, retain and enrich your consumers on inbound, outbound and chat. You will grow along with the company by constantly challenging yourself and working on our efficiency. In addition, you do all this from our cozy head office in Amsterdam with a team full of young enthusiastic colleagues!
To apply for this role you don't need experience, the only thing we ask from you is the guts to learn! Our Sales Expert will guide and train you every other week on important matters such as NLP-training, reverse selling techniques and a lot more!
