In this position you will manage customer inquiries via e-mail, chat and phone, both before, under and after sales. This results in a diverse range of work tasks such as, guiding customers on the website, answering product/order questions, and handling client contacts in our SAP/CRM system.
You will be for responsible for answering and processing questions and responses from customers both via e-mail, chat and phone.
You will be a part of a close working team from Scandinavia and have the opportunity to shape your own role within the team.
