As Marketing Analyst you will drive the marketing performance insights by setting up tools and analysing the behaviour of our customer segments. You are the go-to person for the analysis, querying and interpretation of performance and customer data to drive marketing optimisations together with the marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

As Marketing Analyst at International Bike Group you will collect, organize and analyze data to get valuable information about our customers, including:

  • Transforming large, complex data sets into pragmatic, actionable insights

  • Building a central “database” for the gathering of data and report on testing and learning

  • Ideating and giving advice to your team members and other departments regarding new marketing experiments to run

  • Taking ownership over marketing attribution; measuring the effectiveness of our performance channels and above the line channels

  • Diving into omni-channel measurement to provide accurate insights on the “Research Online, Purchase Offline” customer acquisition cycle

  • Prepare weekly e-commerce reports and with your excellent communication skills you present them during meetings

  • Take full ownership over Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

You will be part of our Performance Marketing team and work closely with our Business Intelligence team, where you will play a key role in helping maintain the company’s dominance in the online and offline bike market in the Benelux and Scandinavia. This is a role where you can dive deeper into marketing analytics and grow to be a real specialist.   • A minimum education level of BSc, in the field of online marketing, business information management, economics or a related studies

  • Experience in marketing analytics and knowledge of current markets

  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python & R would be a plus (not a criteria)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel)

  • Advanced knowledge of mathematics, statistics and analytical processes

  • Excellent communication skills so you know how to translate the data into a story and promote your findings

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
